In recent years, dosy nmr has found broad applications on material, nano, and polymer science research. Figure below is a beautiful example demonstrating how DOSY NMR is use to confirm the interaction between sodium cholate (SC) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) by Prof. Emily Weiss's group ( JACS, 2013 ).
